There is also free parking. The appartment is on the top (3rd) floor and has a nice wide view. The balcony is on the south, is sunny all day and offers plenty of privacy. At 200 meters you can find all facilities you need, like a shopping centre for daily groceries, schools, healthcare and park. Within 2 minutes by car you are on the highway and the tram takes you to work or anywhere else in Amsterdam within 15 minutes. In summary, a perfect location.
